| 3 Abay Locals Attacked by Soldier - Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 12:01:44 PM

Early this morning around 3:00 am three well known locals walking home from the bar were confronted by a soldier. They describe the guy as being complete animal who wanted nothing to do but beat the crap out of them. He was tall, pissed off at the world, and built like a tank. They wanted nothing to do with the guy. As they continued to try to walk home the soldier followed and occasionally pushed them. At one point he said "I'll take on all three of you". Eventually one of the soldier's buddies shows up and he was even bigger than the 1st soldier. At 1st he tried to stop his buddy, but before you know it all hell broke loose. It sounds like the soldiers never even got hit during the fight. One of the Abay Locals had to get stitches and another got hit near the eye and has a sore jaw. The 3rd only got hit in the back of the head. It was a slaughter! At this point they were on Walton Street near Anthony and High street.
Apparently this all started because as they were walking home the soldier went running past them and they made some random comment like. "Man, He's Fast". Then they ran into him a little farther down the road. They swear that's about all they said to the guy. Apparently it was enough to make him pretty pissed off. They tried to tell him they didn't mean anything by it and were just drunk and walking home, but the guy wouldn't listen.
I am glad I wasn't there cause I probably would have tried to do something and I would have ended up in the mortuary. LOL
I was pretty drunk myself last night and was hanging out with these guys just prior.
All I know is it probably sucks when some highly trained 6'4 killing machine wants a piece of you and your drunk. I didn't mention names because this is sort of embarrssing for the people that got hit, but if you live around here you'll probably find out who it was.
As far as whether or not the guy was a soldier. They said he mentioned that plenty of times as he was threatening to beat them all up and they had no reason not to believe him. This has all been reported to the police and they are looking for information on this soldier who did this. I will post more information when it is available.
UPDATE: I just talked to the guy that got stitches and he said at one point last night he could spit water out of his face without having his mouth open. That is pretty cool. He tried to get to come to the hospital and take a video of that but I was half asleep and tired. Now, I wish I would have. |

| We witnessed the affects of the assault. If you think those guys were animals just you wait til we unleash our inner beasts. Despite all our rage we're not just rats in a cage...We'll open a can of whip ass on those BIATCHES. We're the real Abay killing machines. The hell with Kenny!!!

| friday night and i home relaxing wound up on ROCKSTAR energy drinks.I had just gotten off work .I told my wife i was thinking of going to the bar. i get a little headache from the caffine and went to bed to play ps2.I should have been there i would have loved to beat the sh*t out of soldiers who think that they can get away with that.If the cops dont find them they better walk under the street lights and not in the dark, you cant see whats coming at you when its dark.I can promise you that.

| I know the locals that were attacked by the soldier or soldiers.And yes the police should handle this and handle it fast.I know this dude who would love to find the person or pesons (soldiers that is)and beat the sh*t out of them for attacking those locals its to bad he wasnt there that night he would have been some help and that situation it would have been awesome to watch this person he's an animal when it comes to that stuff. that gives soldiers a bad name and makes unsafe for locals.

| We have more information on the guy that did this. We basically know who he is the troopers are going to be visiting him in the next day or so. You don't mess with the locals because we know everyone and everything that goes on. This jerk is going to be paying for some medical bills.
