| Garbage and other problems on Bailey Settlement - Sunday, November 12, 2006 at 6:53:03 PM

I was sent this today.. so here it is.
"I know that this is not big news but it seems that people around our township have no civic pride. Take a ride or drive down Bailey Settlement Road someday, you will see where all the garbage is being dumped along side the road. Then turn down the Shoulette Road, see where we have people driving in our fields, burning our round bales and throwing garbage out on the side of the road. Pisses me off, if I find out who it is I am going to have them arrested and then throw all the garbage back onto their lawn. People just have no respect for other people's property. Also, the Town of Alexandria sould be going around and picking this garbage up, but instead Len Delaney runs it over with a brush hog and spreads it all over the field, these roads are supposed to be maintained by the Town Barn. Either Fairman "Sampie" Sutton is not doing his job or David Bain is not doing his job. Sounds like a scandal to me. Also, I think you should ask Mr. Sutton why he is being paid an additional $30,000 on top of his salary for an assistant that he does not have."

| Good call Jamie ! I don't even throw my beer cans out the window while I'm DWI'n it cuz I don't wanna see garbage around the town .

Taxpayer,
I am just making this situation aware to the public. Remember, we are all taxpayers, not just you, and if people started throwing garbage off at the town barn as you suggest, they would be guilty of the same crime I am letting the public know about. This is also happening all over the township, not just Bailey Settlement Road, Shoulette Road, any back country road. Also, in my original post I indicated what I would do if I caught the violaters.

Did you intended to write "feel like that" in your comment? I'm not sure because you didn't use capital letters at the begining of sentences, correct punctuation, or correct spelling. I'm not really sure what you're saying. Anyway, I'm sure if Jamie found someone throwing trash out on the side of the road he would "tell" them by shoving their head in to the pile of trash. And I for one hope he does catch whoever is doing it and does just that.

| pointing fingers is not going to help Jamie.if you fell like that with town workers ,tell people to throw their garbage off at the town barn,
