Karaoke Jim Spotted at Dockside (Picture)

I just happened to notice him on the dockside cam around noon today..
He is probably in town because of the Boater's Party this weekend.
Just so everyone knows this isn't the best cam to try to get seen on. The reason being is that it isn't a live feed like the others. It only shows a new picture every 5 mintues or so.
