When I was at the NY State Fair last week I thought I spotted Mike Kiesznowski who lives in Alexandria Bay and always hangs out at Skiff's bar. Turns out it was a Look-alike. I followed the guy around for a bit all sneaky like and managed to take some pics with my cell phone. HAHAHA

The only way I can tell that the one guy from the fair isn't Mike K., aka officer thirsty, is because he isn't triple fisting blue lights.
