Word is they finally got him. A relative from up in that area just called me with news of the capture. She said he's alive and was not shot during capture.

Here is what I got so far for ya..

State police say they have captured Ralph ``Bucky'' Phillips, the fugitive wanted in the shooting of three state troopers, one fatally.
