| Motorcycle Incident on Anthony Street - Sunday, September 10, 2006 at 1:04:36 AM

Phil Heyl's Yellow & White Motorcycle was stolen on Anthony Street in Alexandria Bay, NY on Saturady Night around 10:00 PM. I was told that the Abay Police saw the bike with two passengers wearing no helmets. When they turned around to follow the bike the Driver dumped the bike. The driver has not yet been caught, but a women passenger has been apprehended.
Mr. Heyl was sleeping at the time the bike was taken. The keys were in his bike and the bike was in his yard near his house. The bike was damaged to some degree. If you have any information please call the Abay PD. |

| philis an idiot! i know it is the bay but come on you have to bem stupid to leave your keys in your bike with your bike in your front yard. especially with all the drunks walkin down that street as well as all the drummies around. the only logical explanation for him to do such a thing is that he wanted that piece of sh*t to be taken. the people that took it must have been sh*t faced and desperate because i personnaly wouldn't be caught dead on that bike.
