Apparently there is duck that hangs out by Dark Island that is missing a good chunk of its head. Most likely from being shot at.

It may not have been shot at at all. It is possible for a large bird of prey, such as an eagle to have grabbed the duck in such a manner to have caused such an injury. This duck could have had a run in with a piece of farm machinery or other mechanized device too Do not place the blame on some poor shooting hunter unless the blame is truely theirs. While it is sad that the bird has been injured it does appear to be on its way tocomplete recovery.
