| Cheeseburger Sub From Jrecks - Monday, October 29, 2007 at 9:52:03 PM

I'm a simple guy. Cheeseburgers are probably my favorite food in the whole world. I figured it out one time and there were a couple years straight when I think I ate more cheeseburgers than there are days in a year.
That being said I used to get the Cheeseburger Sub at Jrecks quite often and it was always pretty darn good for what it was, but something has changed and the last two I had tasted really funny.
It all started about 6 weeks ago. I got one to go. When I got home it had a really funny smell. I seriously thought something was wrong with it. After a few bites I threw it away. It wasn't just the smell, it didn't taste right ether.
Last week I thought I would try again and to my surprise it was exactly the same. The folks working told me that it was some kind of new angus patty with some sort of seasoning. While that sounds like it might be good in reality it tastes and smells really weird.
I asked around and some of my buddies who do construction said they same thing about the taste and smell. They won't order it anymore and it was one of their favorite things to order.
Jrecks, I realize you're a franchise and maybe it's store wide thing but regardless, please consider changing it back. It's just my opinion here, but I personally think it went from pretty darn good to plain awful.
Please don't think I don't love you anymore Jrecks. I think you know everyone loves Jrecks on some level. |

| I have to agree with you Johnny. Something with their cheeseburger sub has changed and not for the better.
