Scinta's Sign New Vegas Deal !! - Friday, November 09, 2007 at 7:31:42 PM
I just got word from the Scinta's that they have just signed a new deal with the Las Vegas Hilton. In case any of you didn't know the Scinta's played at The Bonnie Castle Home of the Stars Nite Club in Alexandria Bay for 17 seasons. They eventually made it big in Vegas, 1st playing at the RIO, then the Sahara, and now the Hilton. I am told that when they performed at the RIO they were very limited with what they could and couldn't do with their act. This time around I hear that is not the case so lookout for better shows than ever. The new show is called "Laugh Out Loud With The Scintas".

And my old pal Marc Chauvette, from Watertown is still playing with The Scintas. Keyboards, guit, and backing vocals. He's been out in Sin City for several years now.

This is great news, they packed Bonnie Castle for years. Some times I think the scintas were one of our biggest attractions. I know at Bonnie Castle nite after nite they were sold out. They also helped the alex bay fire dept. each year. Raising money for the first defibulator our area had and 40,000 for a ambulance, etc. HATS OFF TO THE SCINTAS!!!
