I know this is a little early to be mentioning it on the homepage blog, but until I get a nice Calendar of Events going I don't have anywhere to put it.

Last summer we hosted the first Thousand Islands River Run Motorcycle Rally in Alexandria Bay, New York. It was great success and we are anticipating a larger crowd with each passing year. The TIRR will be held on June 27-29, 2008 this coming summer."

Schedule of Events
Friday June 27-
7-10pm- “Kick Off Block Dance” featuring the “Rhythm Method” Downtown A-Bay
Saturday June 28-
Vendors set up and open for business at 9:00am at the Pavilion through out the weekend.
The “Moving Chairs” will be playing at the Pavilion from 12:00-4:00pm.
12:00 noon- 5:00pm (Tentatively)- “The Vertical Outlaws” a motorcycle stunt group performance at the Alexandria Bay Fire Hall. Refreshments will be served.
1:00pm- Custom Bike Show- $20 Registration for entries will be at the Pavilion prior to the event.
2:00pm-Dirtiest Bike Contest- no registration required. Event will take place at a local downtown establishment.
3:00pm- Tattoo Contest- $15 Registration for entries will be at a local downtown establishment prior to the event. Riverboat Restaurant.
Dyno Machine- available throughout the day-location at the Alexandria Bay Fire Hall..

Saturday June 23- Location at Downtown Alexandria Bay
11:00-2:00pm- “Loozends” Rock and Roll
3:00-6:00pm- “Jambones” Blues Band
7:00-10:00pm- “R-19” Rock and Roll
Sunday-June 29-
Poker Run “Wind Down”
10:00am-? Registration $15 per bike- $10 per rider.

12:00noon-4:00pm-Block Dance-“Looze Ends”
