JPShaggy will be performing at Skiff's on the 7th at 9pm as part of Oktoberfest. I fully expect this to be the last big Hoo-Rah of the year so don't miss it. I plan to make an appearance at some point and maybe give out some hats, but I also have a wedding and a big party to go to that night as well. For performance details below.
As for the correct spelling of Octoberfest/Oktoberfest I really don't know. I searched around and it seems to be spelled both ways but more commonly with the "K"

Just check the chamber for the correct spelling...pffft. I'm assuming since you didn't know what the "Fall Mixer" was, YOUR LOCAL business wasn't invited, though yours might bring money to all others. Oh well. I was excited to be there for beers around the world and girls dressed up like German Pubmaids. It looks like I'm going to be Octoberfest so WHO'S DRINKIN WITH ME!

Not really.. Oktoberfest in this town is a bit of a let down. The chamber site says this is all that is going on, but you would think there must be more than that. Plus what is the "Fall Mixer" anyway ??
