We will be closed on Saturday, November 21st all day. We will be attending the Holiday Happenings in Redwood with our products and handmade pet items. Please stop in to visit us from 10-3 and remember PETS LOVE CHRISTMAS TOO!
Please make sure to book your holiday boarding and upcoming vacations early as we have been booked solid almost every weekend for boarding. Remember we can also do in your home visits if your pet would rather stay at home.
Steve's Bark, Bath and Beyonds GROOM ROOM is now open and is fully functional. We have two tubs installed and can now handle self-serves and grooms at the same time. Our packages range from the basic bath, wash and blow-dry (for small dog, self-serve $10) to the "royalty package" which offers nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and a full groom which includes a facial scrub.
Our Pet Boutique is now open full-time offering one-of-a-kind handmade dog clothing, cat items, gently used and recycled items for both dogs and cats, handmade soaps for both dogs and people, handmade pet-lover's jewelry, collars ,leashes, toys and treats, along with the basics. We do not sell pet food at this time, only treats.

Store hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Daycare hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We are located at 24193 Swan Hollow Road, Alexandria Bay, NY. From the light head towards Ogdensburg and take your first right hand turn onto Swan Hollow. Continue down the road about a 1/4 miles until you arrive at our home which is a blue metal house with a blue metal roof on the left hand side. Watch for our signs.
