Although ABAY does not require much maintenance, we do recommend using a dry or slightly moistened cotton swab to clean the power contacts and inside ABAY where the pod is inserted as well as the charging contacts on the bottom of the device. In general, keeping it clean does not take much. Mostly just a quick wipe down. If there is juice on the pod we recommend a quick wipe down and it should fire as normal.
It is best for the battery's longevity to ensure that the device is not stored for more than 2 weeks with an empty charge. When storing the device for a month or longer, it is best to charge the device fully and remove the pod before storage. Also, make sure to store the device and pods away from extreme heat and direct sunlight as this may damage the battery or cause the pods to leak.
As with all products containing nicotine, the ABAY device and products should be stored out of reach of children and pets.

Depending on your use, a full charge will provide around 180 puffs or a little bit more than one third of an ABAY pod which have around 455 puffs.
ABAY's is designed to minimize the risk of overcharging. Best practice is however to take off charging port once fully charged.
Yes, but you shouldn't. Abay will work while it is charging but we recommend not using it while charging to avoid causing damage to the battery.
ABAY is designed to be reliable and to exceed our 6-month Limited Warranty period -- this is not a disposable item like many other e-cigarettes. For disposal purposes, ABAY should be treated as other consumer electronic device, such as a cell phone. We suggest following your city's local recommendations for disposing of a lithium-polymer rechargeable battery.
ABAY Pods come prefilled and are not designed to be refillable. Any damage to ABAY pods caused by attempting to refill will not be covered by ZampleBox customer service.

After ABAY products are ordered they will ship within 1-2 business days from date ordered. They will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. Typically, you can expect 3-5 business days of transit time.

Minor leaking from your ABAY Pods is not uncommon and is often caused by simple condensation, . If your ABAY Pod is a bit damp you can continue to use it, but wipe off the liquid before inserting back into your device. Condensation can occur due to temperature and pressure changes to the pods while in transit or from the airflow being blocked during use. It's usually very minimal and expected. This normal condensation will not impede the function of the pod.
A little condensation in normal during shipping, just wipe the pod down with a dry paper towel. Try to avoid direct contact with the liquid. If you get any liquid on your skin simply wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you receive a pod that seems half full, empty, or has signs that it’s leaked significantly please contact customer service for a replacement.
You can elect to have your ABAY pods automatically shipped to you on a monthly basis. Why worry about running out?
